Access & Authentication
Internal admin areas are protected by authentication. Roles are checked on the server side in a separate table, never taken from the client. Database access is restricted to the respective account by Row-Level-Security.
Hosting & Platform
The website is delivered via the Lovable platform; database, authentication and edge functions run on the managed backend infrastructure. Transport takes place exclusively via HTTPS/TLS.
Data Collection & Usage
Only data necessary for inquiry, offer and order processing is processed: contact data, company and project details as well as voluntary briefing content. Details, legal bases and rights of data subjects are in the privacy policy.
Subcontractors & Integrations
For operations, backend hosting, transactional and marketing email delivery as well as CRM synchronization are used, among others. The current list of processors with purpose and location is documented in the privacy policy.
Cookies & Analysis
Trackers and analysis scripts are only loaded after active consent in the cookie banner. YouTube videos are integrated via youtube-nocookie.com using the facade pattern. Fonts are delivered locally.
Retention & Erasure
Inquiries and offer data are only kept for as long as necessary for the business relationship and legal retention obligations (esp. HGB/AO). Marketing recipients can unsubscribe at any time via a 1-click link in every email.
Data Protection Inquiries
Information, rectification, erasure and objection according to DSGVO are possible at any time via our data protection officer.

Please report suspected vulnerabilities or security-relevant observations confidentially by email. We usually confirm receipt within one working day.
