ADVERTISING SPACE NOBODY USES YET - HALL FLOOR POTENTIAL

Most sports clubs in Germany don't use their largest advertising space: the hall floor. Yet the floor of a sports hall offers hundreds of square metres of potential sponsorship space - visible at every training session, every home game, every event.

Many club officials think of sponsorship spaces as boards, jerseys or kits. The floor is often not perceived as an advertising space - even though it is prominently visible in TV broadcasts, live streams and social media photos.

A typical handball club in the 2nd or 3rd Bundesliga has 15-20 home games per season. At 1,000-3,000 spectators per game, over 15,000-60,000 people see the hall floor over a season. Add training sessions, youth games and external events.

- A centre circle sticker (ø 400 cm) costs from €750 and offers the most prominent area on the court - Goal area stickers (350 × 100 cm) from €220 - visible at every goal - Court stickers (400 × 100 cm) from €220 - ideal for sponsor logos

If a sponsor pays €1,500 per season for a centre circle sticker and the club sells 2 stickers of this type, the entire floor advertising pays for itself - and the club generates additional revenue.
